In July, Stance launched Legend Seating for Behavioral Health. The collection is designed for the most challenging, intensive-use healthcare environments and offers safety and durability in an attractive design.
The BH version differs from the original Legend line of metal-frame seating in various ways. A sled base is standard. Weight is added to inhibit handling. The chair and matching tables are assembled with tamper-resistant fasteners, including the optional and field-replaceable polyurethane arms. And the freestanding square and rectangular tables have rounded edges to reduce risk of injury.
Like the Legend line for acute care, the BH version can be specified with open or closed arms and seat widths of 21″, 24″ and 31″. The fully-welded steel frame adds strength, durability and eliminates fasteners. It features a wall-saver rear leg design and ample clean-out space between seat and back.
