Award-winning healthcare furniture designer set to make 7th appearance at Healthcare Design Conference+ Expo Oct. 5-8

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 5, 2024 – Stance Healthcare, leading manufacturer of thoughtfully-designed furniture for healing environments, is pleased to return to this year’s Healthcare Design (“HCD”) Conference + Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana. Following six HCD awards in the company’s six years of appearances, Stance invites 2024 attendees to experience new releases, product prototypes, and engaging Behavioral Health design education and networking opportunities in Booth # 647 – the company’s largest-sized show footprint to date.

Headlining products set to exhibit in the Stance booth include:

• the debut of the Flo Lounge Seating collection, which joins the 2021 HCD Nightingale Gold award-winning Flo Table and Chair Series for Behavioral Health;
• 2024 new-release, the Podium sleep sofa, which evolves the 2023 HCD Nightingale silver award-winning seating collection; and
• the Ventura casework series, a 2023 HCD Nightingale Sustainability award winner, which maximizes every inch of space to combine with stools, treatment tables, and chairs to deliver all the elements needed to furnish an exam room.

Building on their design approach that dually prioritizes strength and beauty, Stance will debut new soothing color options for their most durable, roto-molded products. HCD attendees can preview newly-released Sage Green, Cornflower Blue, and Heather Purple surface selections in the booth, all of which are ideal in Behavioral Health and other high-use settings to promote calm and healing.

New for the 2024 show, Stance will host a pop-in educational opportunity in the booth. Stance Behavioral Health interior designer, Suzanne Fawley, CHID, brings her top tips from her #1-ranked IDCEC continuing education course to HCD attendees in a light and engaging format that pairs refreshments with design principles and Stance product applications. Designers, facility planners, and others enjoying the expo floor on Monday, Oct. 7 are invited to join Suzanne for ‘BH Design 101: Bites and Bits’ from 11 a.m.-noon in the Stance booth.
