Achieving Aesthetics and Functionality: Stance Adds Pebble, Sand and Chestnut Finishes to Nature-Inspired Portfolio

At Stance, we believe healthcare furniture should not only stand the test of time – it should utilize every available feature to also support a healing experience for end-users. To achieve this impact, our designers equally prioritize aesthetic details like warm, soothing finish options alongside high-quality structural engineering of each product.

By thoughtfully pursuing new unique color finishes that conjure natural elements for even our most durable products, Stance goes “against the grain”, challenging the status quo and raising the form-and-function expectations for high-use healthcare furniture. Building on this commitment, Stance released six new nature-inspired color options and finishes just this year for our roto-molded and thermofoil, wood, and laminate-finished products.

Stance is pleased to close out the summer with the launch of three new wood, laminate, and thermofoil finishes: Pebble, Sand, and Chestnut. These natural-hued finish selections follow the February release of our Sage Green, Cornflower Blue, and Heather Purple color options for Stance’s rotomolded collections.

Adding to the appeal for designers and facility planners, Stance’s growing portfolio of finish and color customizations coordinate seamlessly for easy application in any space. From chair legs to surface tops, design teams can expect to achieve a cohesive, calming aesthetic. (For example, our  Zurich table comes with a thermofoil top and wooden legs. If you picked one color for both, the finishes will still match!)

From softer, biophilic finishes that feel more residential versus clinical, to earth-inspired tones that soothe and invite healing, Stance’s attention to details and relentless commitment to continue abandoning the industry status-quo are central to what makes us exceptional.
