Stance in Focus

Last week, Stance enjoyed making our 15th appearance at the Healthcare Design Conference + Expo in Kansas City. It was an energizing several days full of connecting with industry peers, partners, and customers; exhibiting new Stance products; and highlighting the heart of our mission – Improving Lives by Design – through a special initiative to support mental health. 

Our all-new Flo stool, wardrobe, rocker, and occasional table were front and center in this year’s Stance booth. Over-engineered to withstand high-use Behavioral Health settings, the latest from Flo continues the award-winning series’ emphasis on beauty and comfort in addition to its unmatched durability.

Attendees took in the eye-catching new-release display with a special opportunity to engage with the Flo rocker: our #RockWithStance initiative invited attendees to cool their heels from the expo floor, while supporting a great cause through a charitable donation made with every sit. Thanks to so much participation, we are honored to have raised $1840 in donations to benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Thank you to everyone who stopped by to #RockWithStance in our Flo Rocker! 

In addition to the new Flo products and best-selling Stance lines we exhibited, HCD attendees also previewed collections coming soon. Our Oakley Wood Lounge and Guest Chairs, launching in December 2025, and Tully and Villa Occasional Table collections, launching Q1 of 2026, were on display in the Stance booth. 

Off of the expo floor, our team enjoyed time with each other and our valued reps and other partners in Kansas City. Highlights include watching Toronto’s Blue Jays compete in the World Series after hours, and one deliciously memorable meal at one of Kansas City’s best barbecue restaurants, Jack Stack Barbecue. The brisket, ribs and fixings were incredible!  

With so many memories and connections made this year, our team is feeling inspired and already looking forward to next year’s HCD in New Orleans. We hope to see you there in 2026!
