Flo Rocker, Wardrobe, Stool and Occasional Tables will exhibit at upcoming Healthcare Design Conference + Expo, Oct 25-28

Sept. 22, 2025 – Stance Healthcare, leading manufacturer of thoughtfully-designed furniture for healing environments, has added six new products to the company’s award-winning Flo series for Behavioral Health. The expanded, rotationally-molded collection continues Stance’s signature dual emphasis on comfort and durability, with thoughtful details to safely support Behavioral Health patients, care providers, and visitors.

Flo’s latest offerings include a Rocker, Wardrobe, Stool, and variety of Occasional Tables,  all of which will debut on exhibit at the 2025 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo (“HCD”) this October. Offering a unique combination of beautiful aesthetics and end-user comfort not typically found in Behavioral Health environments, Flo supports a calming experience that invites users to relax safely in an intensive use space. Its Dining and Lounge collections have taken home HCD Nightingale awards in 2021 and 2024, respectively.

HCD attendees can experience the four latest iterations of Flo:

Flo Rocker

A first-of-its-kind, wide-seat product for Behavioral Health, the Flo Rocker’s gentle rocking motion provides patients with a source of comfort and calm, while its intentional design elements – including the low seat height, wide stance and gentle rocking arch – carefully work behind the scenes to support end-users’ safety and stability. In addition to a peaceful user experience, the Rocker offers peace of mind: Patients, care providers, and facility staff benefit from Flo’s inherently clean design. The chair’s one-piece rotationally molded polyethylene shell withstands steam, bleach-based cleaners and common healthcare-grade detergents to assist in effective sanitation and infection control. The Flo Rocker is available in two versions, with or without seat and back pads.

Flo Wardrobe

Adding to Stance’s popular case goods portfolio, the Flo Wardrobe is a new single-unit shelving option, designed to meet the unique needs of Behavioral Health environments. Featuring four shelves with cascading depths to discourage climbing, this unit combines safety and functionality. A sloped top adds an extra layer of protection, while its floor-mounted design can be securely fastened to either the floor or wall—making it a safe and stable solution for high-intensity spaces.

Flo Stool

Expanding the versatility of the Flo Series, our new stool offers a compact seating solution ideal for desks, tables, or quick pull-up moments. Designed with a waterfall edge for enhanced comfort, its thoughtfully contoured seat surface helps deter stacking, making it a great choice for Behavioral Health environments.

Flo Occasional Table

The Flo Lounge Series now includes three new occasional tables: a standard model, a unique HDPE top for added durability and design, and an upholstered top that doubles as a sittable surface. Built for flexibility, each table features a spill-collector groove, and both the standard and HDPE versions are suitable for covered outdoor spaces.
