Nine-time HCD award-winning furniture manufacturer celebrating 20 years of Improving Lives by Design at Healthcare Design Conference + Expo October 17-20

Sept. 21, 2026 – Stance Healthcare, leading manufacturer of thoughtfully-designed furniture for healing environments, will exhibit a curated collection of new and best-selling designs for general healthcare and Behavioral Health next month at the Healthcare Design Conference + Expo in New Orleans. To mark their 20th anniversary, Stance will debut Cleo, a new collection of metal seating that honors the company’s founding product line category, while highlighting the forward-thinking approach to innovation that propels the company’s present and future.  

Delivering more from a ubiquitous seating category, Cleo offers an unexpectedly comfortable sit thanks to curves that replace the product’s typically linear shape. Its curves combine with the strength of metal, including a double-wrapped back, resulting in the end-user feeling embraced – and invited to linger for longer.

"Conveying the idea of an embrace was central to the design direction of Cleo. We achieved this through close attention and refinement of the lines and shapes of the chair frame and back,” said Dave Simon, Stance collaborator and designer. “Pursued in partnership with the Stance production team and artisans, the result was a chair that was both manufacturing savvy and deeply considerate of the human experience - essential requirements for the healthcare application.”

Cleo embodies the company’s mission of Improving Lives by Design, which is lived out through products that are both comfortable and beautiful, as well as strong and durable. The new guest and lounge seating collection features a variety of safe, attractive, and easy-to-clean arm cap options, including wood, Corian Solid Surface, metal, or polyurethane.

Camber Casegoods

Joining Stance’s popular portfolio of casegoods, Camber offers sleek, convenient storage in multiple bedside table and wardrobe sizes. All cabinets feature ¾” backs in matching laminate, fully radiused and seamless tops and fronts, and steel drawer boxes for increased durability. Options for this modern collection include a solid surface top, black or brushed nickel pulls, and choice of single-finish or two-tone in white or grey for its Thermofoil front. 

Villa Occasional Tables

Villa pairs a sleek laminate cone-shaped base with a durable thermofoil or solid surface top. The collection also features a steel bottom plate for durability that protects the base from damage and an optional built-in power for connectivity.

Pillows

Adding comfort and color, Stance’s accent pillows are available in square or rectangular forms and feature a concealed zipper and removable covers for easy-cleaning in healthcare spaces.

Flo Table with Square Top

Joining Stance’s award-winning, roto-molded Flo series is a new table-top option for multi-purpose use. With slightly rounded edges for safety, the new square-top table is safe and versatile for a variety of applications, including for communal areas and activities like meetings and dining.

Tully Occasional Tables

Tully tables bring a sophisticated residential feel to high-use healthcare spaces. Tapered tops, available in oval, square, and round shapes, appear to float above angled steel bases, creating a minimal design that works beautifully on its own or grouped.
